City of Belgrade, SAP solution for IBK

As part of the introduction of the SAP solution for local government and the city of BG, implementation was carried out for two groups of indirect budget institutions during 2018 and 2019, at the level of the Secretariat for Education and the Secretariat for Culture.

The solution for IBK is integrated with the existing SAP solution at the level of cities and municipalities and significantly contributes to simpler planning of program activities, ie monitoring and control of budget spending.

At the level of the Secretariat for Education, the solution was introduced according to the principle of Roll-out implementation in 17 preschool institutions, with the upgrade of the solution for the needs of procurement, preparation and distribution of food for all kindergartens. At the level of the Secretariat for Culture, the solution has been introduced in over 30 cultural institutions such as theaters, museums, libraries, etc.

The following modules have been implemented:

Commodity Solutions – Accounting records that cover the process of monitoring and evaluating the creation of meals in kitchens and delivery to kindergartens.

Public media institutions RTS & RTV & REM

The project was funded by the European Union with the aim of improving the business and financial reporting of public media institutions in Serbia, as well as harmonizing standards with relevant practice in the EU regarding the content and broadcasting of programs. The project also included the harmonization of existing solutions for the collection of RTV fees in RTS and RTV institutions.

From the aspect of business improvement, innovations and improvements were introduced in the existing SAP solution that covers the financial and accounting part of business in RTS and RTV institutions, and in order to improve reporting, the SAP BW system was implemented as a basis for analytical processes. Within the REM project, standards for broadcasting content and quality of information were defined and trainings were held for employees in order to prepare for the implementation of the policy adopted for EU member states.

The project lasted 18 months and was implemented during 2018 and 2019, and includes the following modules:

Project of introduction of SAP solution in the Public Media Institution of RTV Vojvodina

The project of introducing the SAP solution in the Public Media Institution of RTV Vojvodina also had one specificity that referred to the development and application of the solution for the collection of the RTV fee, the so-called Billing solutions.

In addition to the Billing solution, the project included the delivery of SAP ERP licenses and the implementation of financial and accounting modules, logistics modules in the field of sales and procurement of services and materials, as well as the basic functionality of the HR module.

Implementation of SAP ERP solution at Bekto Preciza, Goražde, BIH

The company Bekto Precisa from Goražde is engaged in the production of precision tools for plastic injection, installation of electrical assemblies and subscopes, as well as pad printing. Due to the complexity and specificity of the business, the implementation of the SAP ERP solution was very demanding. The SAP solution enabled the standardization and optimization of business and significantly contributed to greater profitability and competitiveness of the company in the domestic and foreign markets.

The project was completed in 2011, and the implementation included modules:

PROINTER AS A MEMBER OF THE IMP AUTOMATIKA GROUP IS INCLUDED IN THE CONTINUATION OF THE PROJECT OF REALIZATION OF DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INFORMATION-BUSINESS PROJECT - PROTIS (PRODUCTION-TECHNICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM) IN EPS.

PROTIS is a Production Technical Information System realized for the needs of PE EPS. The system enables connection and centralized monitoring of performance and parameters of all production and technical business processes in TE, HE and TE-TO within the system of JP Elektroprivreda Srbije. PROTIS provides an opportunity for the management to have in one place an insight into all the necessary reports from the domain of the directorate for technical affairs of energy production that are necessary for management and decision-making. Within PROTIS, for the needs of monitoring production and the most important parameters of production capacities in real time, a SCADA system has been implemented.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP IN PUBLIC ENTERPRISE TRANSNAFTA

In order to create conditions for the safe and reliable pipeline transportation of crude oil, ensuring energy security and continuity of supply, the company Prointer IT Solutions & Services has successfully completed the project of implementing SAP system in one of the most important companies for the provision of energy efficiency. In December 2015, the SAP system in Public Enterprise Yugoimport SDPR was successfully implemented. Due to the complexity and demands that the entire military industry carries, this project represents one of the most complex projects on the domestic and regional market. The Prointer IT Solutions & Services company has successfully carried out organizational changes and implemented re-engineering and optimization of the manufacturing process, procurement, sales, warehousing, reporting, financial management and human capital management. OUTSOURCING OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR OZONE A.D.

In December 2011, the complete takeover of the financial and accounting affairs of the company O zone a.d. was successfully completed. The accounting service of the company Prointer ITSS took over the complete operational financial work, service payment and calculation of salaries for the company Ozone. In addition, external reporting was taken over, preparation of monthly reports for the needs of consolidation with the parent company NIS ad, as well as preparation of monthly SAP BPC reports for the needs of Gazprom Neft.
